BFS also provides the following services not offered under the Professional Investment Services licence:

• Taxation services
• Accounting services such as BAS preparation and lodgement, monthly or quarterly book-keeping services

This is offered under David's individual licences and registrations as a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent.

With the use of accounting packages like Quick books or MYOB, we can offer an integrated accounting service. We utilise a package called Bank Link which transfers the data from your business account each month. We have this coded straight into your accounting package and simply query any transactions that don't have an electronic description, such as cheques.

This way we can offer personalised service at a reasonable fee. It is efficient to our business and thus we have move time available to assist you in running your business activities, not just simply accounting for it.

As these services are Accounting and Taxation related, they are not covered under the Professional Investment Services licence. BFS has separate licences and Professional Indemnity cover for these activities.
